Solution 16 Website Design Process
If you have contacted us for a quote, we will call you within 24 hours to further understand your requirements. This is your chance to let us know exactly what you’re after and asses whether we’ll be a good fit for your project. We’ll have a few questions about your website and welcome any questions you may have.
The remote nature of our services mean an initial meeting is not always required. However if we are unable to get all the information from our phone call, we’re happy to catch up over a coffee to delve deeper into your project requirements and understand your business further.
If you have an existing website environment we will asses the viability of this as an ongoing solution and provide recommendations as necessary. For new projects we will work with you to establish a reliable hosting service, register your domain name(s) and provision a staging area to develop your new website for review.
Over the next two weeks we will work diligently to build your new website using the information we have gathered from you. We will periodically check in with you to ensure we’re on the right track and your expectations are being met. If any additional content is required this is generally the time we will ask for it.
At the end of the Design Sprint you will have the opportunity to review all pages for content and functionality and provide your feedback on what is working and what isn’t. We take this feedback seriously. It’s your business and brand after all.
After you have reviewed your new website and provided feedback we will take another look over the project and make any adjustments or revisions that are necessary. Once this is completed you will be notified and have another opportunity to review before giving your final approval.
Once you are satisfied that we have met your requirements and are happy with your website we’ll ask for sign off on the project. Following this, we will migrate your brand new website from the staging area to production. We then submit your site to be indexed by Search Engines and provide all necessary logins for you to manage your website and update content.
